Description:

This machine is a complete multiwall line for the production of dry mix materials, powered milk, charcoal, seeds, for cement sacks, and other materials. It has been refurbished mechanically and electrically by Garant in 2016 and repainted. The machine features a tuber, an in-line printer, a bottomer, and a palletizer.

The tuber, made by Windmöller&Holscher, has a model number of AM 2160/80 and was produced in 1966. It has stepped end and flush cut and can produce tube widths of 300-800 mm with a tube length of 550-1650 mm with a depth of side gussets of 70 mm. It can handle up to 6 unwind places and requires 1 operator and 2 support staff to operate.

The in-line printer, made by Windmöller&Holscher, has a model number of Alina 1209 and was produced in 1991. It has a web width of 1650 mm and can print widths of 1620 mm with printing repeats of 450-1700 mm. The gear pitch is 10 mm and the maximum mechanical printing speed is 300 m/min.
