Features
• The Belts: To improve the feeding paper stability and change moulds more convenient. We use a wider belt instead of two narrow belts. The narrow belt is easily abrased by papers. Also, you should adjust the distance of the two belts when you change the moulds. For wide paper, it is more endurable and doesn’t need to be adjusted.
• The Counting Paper: It adapts counting paper tape equipment to count products quickly and accurately.
• The Glue: To fill the water food grade glue into the glue container and the cut sponge dip some of the glue, and then point on the surface of the paper.
• The Frame: The frame of the collecting box is separated into three parts, each part can be opened. It is easier for changing moulds or repairing.
• The Control Paper: In order to feed paper more automatically, we use both PLC operations with a photoelectric sensor and servo motor to control the paper feeding part. It has two advantages
It makes the feed paper part easily operate when you change the moulds. The old design is adjusted by cam. When you change the different sizes of moulds, we need to replace the different sizes of cams. It is very complex and takes much time for a change.
It makes the paper feeding part more smoothly and fluently working. The old design is easily misses paper feeding when the machine running.
