Description:

Fluteprint machine is composed of feeding paper, printing corrugated board .

Bearing adopts famous brand bearings
rotary die-cutting part using NEM, quick replacement of rubber pad, screw type rubber pad repair mechanism.

Paper feeding
Manual feeding chain type paper feeding.

Each feeding section adopts 7 chain, can adjust the size of cardboard, and can be customized according to user requirements.

The tightness of the chain is manually adjusted. Equipped with a counter to show the production quantity.

The rear of the equipment is equipped with pneumatic interlocking control switch to realize emergency stop, positive and negative main engine point.

The paper feeding section can be set to display the planned production quantity. When the plan is completed, the system will automatically instruct to stop and send out warning signals.

Printing

The print roll
Including printing plate outer diameter 600mm(including plate).
Using 45# high quality steel, after quenching and tempering, machining, axial and circumferential reference line, surface plated with hard chrome. Dynamic balance correction, smooth operation, adapt to high speed operation.
Ratchet fixed roll plate shaft. Attached with version hanging groove, adapt to fast version. (Optional according to user needs and additional cost)
Microcomputer high precision printing roller 360° adjustment, LCD digital display.
Equipped with plate roller foot switch, can be adjusted when sticking the plate, save labor and labor.

Pressing printing roller
