The Codimag VIVA 340 is a high-tech web waterless offset press that offers a range of advanced features to enhance your printing capabilities. With five units of offset printing and one unit of hot foil stamping, this press is perfect for a wide range of applications.

The press features drying IST UV Cool Dryers after each printing unit, which ensures that your prints are always of the highest quality. The die-cut semi-rotative die-cut on a 14-inch magnetic cylinder with a gap master allows for precise and accurate cutting, while the unwind reel up to 1000mm diameter and rewind maximum reel diameter of 820mm make it easy to handle large rolls of paper.

The press is also equipped with a second pass sensor, video control, and Technotrans Beta. Z system ICS Chiller to ensure that your machine is always running at optimal levels. The plates used in the Codimag VIVA 340 are high-quality offset plates, waterless offset plates from TORAY or equivalent, and flexible die-cut plates with a thickness of 0.44mm.

To support your printing needs, the Codimag VIVA 340 also includes an auxiliary package that includes a machine for rounding and fixing the magnesium plate on the hot stamping cylinder, a plate puncher, and a machine for bending printing plates. Additionally, there is a developing machine for printing plates to ensure that your plates are always in top condition.
